Icons That Never Sleep - A Hundred Pixels

About Icons That Never Sleep

In my disk-rummagings today, I re-discovered a set of icons that I had posted to my own journal but neglected to put up here. Whoops.

For anyone who's wondering all of these were shot on a my Stupid Camera, a Nikon Lite Touch which is now wonky and defunct. When it was working, it did all of the thinking for me, so if any of these look really great, attribute it to the camera and not me.
With the exception of the 5th Ave. Subway mosaic, all of these were taken in Central Park, October 2002. Which goes a little way to explaining why they're so damn pastoral.

Also: this seems like a good thing to know about preventing bandwidth theft on livejournal - whether it be on this community or on your own journal. It would probably be wise to implement that here, I'm thinking.

Also, also: Is hundredpixels up for photoshop manipulations, or is it simply meant to showcase photography? I use text in some of my icons, but few other people appear to.

Wretched bandwidth thieves!

Thanks for the heads-up. I've done the console thing for both hundredpixels and my own journal.

Oh, and Photoshop and text are perfectly all right. I keep meaning to post some of my own Photoshopped bilge, but have been too busy and too cranky.
